In modern environments, the complexity isn’t in any single policy. It’s in the interactions between Windows 365, AVD session hosts, physical devices, and layered configuration models. This session explores how to surface those signals, policy interactions, enrollment gaps, lifecycle drift and translate them into actionable operational insight. You’ll see how to detect and prevent cross-environment policy conflicts, automate host lifecycle and enrollment workflows, standardize application delivery across endpoint models, and build centralized visibility without disrupting native Microsoft processes. If you’re already deep in Intune and Microsoft endpoint management, this session will show you how to move beyond configuration management and toward true operational intelligence.

When he’s not shaping the future of digital workplaces, Eric is a weekend DIY handyman, amateur gamer and cook, and unabashed Nintendo aficionado. A self-confessed “all-round nerd,” in the past he used to channel his passion for technology into writing articles for AskMen and IGN (despite being dyslexic) and co-hosting several industry podcasts, including Login Techcast, EUCdigest, and Microsoft #SecurityLifehacks.
Most of you will have heard the term "Enterprise Browser" already, but what exactly are they, how do they work and why should you care. This session will give you an overview of the category and how they can fit into your EUC mission while keeping your users and security teams happy.

Paul is a Solutions Architect at Island, the original Enterprise Browser company. In his day job, he helps customers re-architect their application access platforms, deliver increased security, access flexibility and improve end user experience. By night he is an avid Timberborn player, and if he can work it out, that might somehow appear in his presentations!
First draft of a community project to develop a framework for an operational model around how organizations process and provide Windows applications in their environment. This effort is intended to create a standard architectural framework from which organizations can adapt/adopt, and a common terminology such that vendors, IT staffs, and managers can understand each other better. Not being discussed is specific technologies, tools, and software products.
Come learn how you can communicate better with your customers on those projects.

Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and Windows 365 have matured rapidly, but operational complexity, cost control, and scalability remain major challenges for enterprises.
In this deep-dive session, we will explore how Hydra and Nerdio Manager can be combined to create a highly automated, scalable, and cost-optimized EUC platform on Azure.
The session goes beyond basic setup and focuses on real-world operational patterns, automation strategies, and architectural decisions used in large-scale production environments.
Topics covered include:
Attendees will leave with practical guidance they can apply immediately, whether they manage a single tenant or hundreds of customers.

Thomas is a Microsoft MVP, NVIDIA Enterprise Platform Advisor (NEPA), Former Citrix Technology Professional (CTP), and founder of Poppelgaard.com ApS. He specializes in GPU-accelerated EUC, Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365, and large-scale automation using platforms such as Hydra and Nerdio.
Thomas is a frequent international speaker and conference organizer (EUCtech Denmark, Experts Live Denmark) and works hands-on with complex enterprise and MSP environments across healthcare, defense, manufacturing, and reinsurance.
AI agents are everywhere. OpenClaw just hit millions of installs. Every vendor is launching their "autonomous assistant."
Here's what they're not telling you: enterprise EUC environments are spectacularly unprepared for AI agents that can read your emails, browse your SharePoint, execute commands, and make decisions without asking permission.
This session covers:
No vendor pitch. No "AI will solve everything" nonsense. Just an honest look at why rushing AI agents into production is a recipe for disaster.
Perfect for anyone who needs ammunition to push back on the "just turn on AI agents" crowd.

You’ve seen ProfileUnity and FlexApp in action before — probably more than once. So instead of re‑introducing what you already know, let’s skip straight to the good stuff: what’s changed, what’s improved, and why the latest updates matter for your modern workspace. In this session, Berry walks you through the latest updates across the Liquidware workspace stack. No glossy roadmap slides. No buzzword bingo. Just a technical deep dive into what’s new — and why it matters in real-world environments.
We’ll walk through the architectural improvements, expanded integrations across modern workspace scenarios , and the subtle but powerful tweaks that make the difference between I like it and I love it.

Modern authentication is no longer optional. With Citrix’s native Microsoft Entra ID integration built on OpenID Connect (OIDC), organizations can eliminate legacy authentication dependencies and move toward a truly password-less experience.
In this session, we’ll break down what it really takes to implement Citrix Single Sign-On with Entra ID. You’ll learn how authentication flows differ across Entra ID joined and hybrid-joined machines, what on-premises components are still required, and how Kerberos objects factor into hybrid deployments.
We’ll go beyond documentation to examine architectural trade-offs, security implications, and real-world lessons learned from production implementations.
The session concludes with a live (or recorded) end-to-end demonstration showcasing password-less access using Citrix Workspace app and browser access

Zeljko is Ferroque’s Chief Architect and a leading expert in Citrix technologies, boasting over twenty-five years of experience with Citrix and Microsoft platforms. His contributions at Citrix include serving on the CCAT board and enhancing Citrix Consulting standards and methodologies.
Modern End User Computing environments are under constant pressure to deliver higher quality, faster change, and predictable outcomes, while operating at scale across hybrid platforms. Yet many EUC and IT Operations teams still rely on manual image builds, ad‑hoc changes, and environment-specific processes when managing Citrix VDA images.
This results in three fundamental operational challenges:
DevOps practices promise automation, standardization, and repeatability — but applying them effectively to EUC workloads remains a challenge for many organizations.
In this speedrun session, Janus presents a real-world DevOps approach to EUC, built around Soft2Go, a proprietary application packaging and lifecycle platform designed to standardize and automate image creation across IT Operations.

Image Optimization: Boost or Baloney?
Let’s be honest: we’ve all grabbed a Marketplace image, hesitated for a second… and then just used it anyway. “It’ll be fine.”
But what actually happens when you go all in on optimization? Omnissa OSOT, Citrix Optimizer, VDOT — throw everything at it, shake well, and hope you get more performance instead of just fewer running services.
Together with my partner in crime, we did exactly that: built images, optimized them, pushed them to their limits, and ran a series of tests.
In this session, we’ll show you:
Join us to find out if you should keep tuning your images or finally relax and leave them as they are…

Shift-Left Security for EUC Infrastructure-as-Code: PR Gates, Scanning, and Guardrails that Actually Work.
EUC teams are moving faster with Infrastructure-as-Code, but speed can amplify risk if security and quality checks aren’t built into the delivery workflow. This session shows a practical, real-world approach to “shift-left” security for EUC infrastructure automation by using pull request gates to enforce formatting/linting, static security scanning, and validation before changes ever merge.
We’ll cover which checks provide the best signal (and which create noise), how to tune guardrails so teams don’t bypass them, and how to translate findings into actionable standards. Attendees will come away with a blueprint they can adopt immediately to improve reliability and reduce risk without slowing delivery.
